The Premier League

The Premier League is a program of the USA Water Polo Men’s National Team. It is designed to utilize the existing elite clubs and the zone or mixed zone national teams. The zone or mixed zone national teams are open to any member of USA Water Polo. This includes high school players, community college players, post-collegiate players, current and former national team players and, because this is part of the USAWP Men’s National Team program, players at 4-year colleges with NCAA eligibility remaining.  The Premier League program is an integral part of the tryout and evaluative process used by the Men's National Team Staff to evaluate, select and train athletes for possible further advancement in the national team system.  The Premier League offers a unique opportunity to evaluate athletes at the very highest level of play available in the United States.  This opportunity is invaluable for the Men's National Team Program in order to select the best possible teams for the eventual naming of the Pan American Games and Olympic Games of the respective quadrennial.
