Pro Recco buys all best players |

Andrija Plainovic and Dusko Pijetlovic this season's players of Partizan signed for Pro Recco. After their briliant game in Euro League final game against Pro Recco - the owner of loosing team mr.Volpi decided to take revenge upon Partizan. The best way he could do it was to buy Prlainovic and Pijetlovic and really weaken Partizan's team for the next season. On 4th June Partizan "KILLED" Pro Recco in their own country in their capital 11:7! And that was too much to swallow... Some facts: Partizan budged 520.000 Eur - Pro Recco budget: 4.000.000 Eur. Hopefully Partizan will have competitive team next season - but far far away from final game. And finally like it was not enaugh Pro Recco signed Croatian Sandro Sukno! Bad news for international water polo. |

Nikola Radjen signed for Greek Chios |
Former water polo player of Partizan Nikola Radjen officially became a new player of the Greek Chios.

Olympic Champions to visit Dublin, Ireland |
The Irish Water Polo Association are pleased to announce that the Hungarian Men's squad have agreed to come to Ireland to hold a Training Camp as part of their preparation for this years World Championships in China. Hungary will arrive into Dublin on Sunday 5th June until Wednesday 8th June. This will be a shared Training Camp with the Great Britain Men's squad also coming to Dublin. There will be 2 Test Matches between Hungary & Great Britain on Monday 6th June and Tuesday 7th June (both at 7pm), where we hope to have 2000+ spectators at each. This will be the biggest ever water polo event to be held in Ireland (TO DATE). We are looking to hold a four nation pre-olympic tournament next year if this event is a success.
This event will be held at The National Aquatic Centre in Dublin (www.nac.ie)
