Denes Kemeny announced the team preparing for Volvo Cup... with some surprises.
21 players (17 players and 4 goalies) have been invited in the name of seeking the best team.
Not all 21 players will play all along and be present from the start, but the team for Volvo Cup games will be chosen from them.
The session will start with a training together with the German team on nex Monday afternoon, than friendly game of the two teams at Hódmezővásárhely. From Friday til Sunday it's Volvo Cup at Kecskemét with Roumania, Canada and Australia.
Preparing team:
Goalies: Istvan Gergely, Zoltan Szecsi, Viktor Nagy, Laszlo Baksa
Players: Norbert Hosnyanszky, Norbert Madaras, Tamas Kasas, Tibor Benedek, Peter Biros, Csaba Kiss, Zsolt Varga II, Gabor Kis, Tamas Varga, Adam Steinmetz, Denes Varga, Daniel Varga, Balazs Harai, Tamas Molnar, Miklos Gor-Nagy, Marton Szivos, Gergely Kiss.
Rajmund Fodor and Barnabas Steinmetz are not invited, but Olympic Champions Istvan Gergely and Tamas Varga are "back", just like World Champion Zsolt Varga II.
Final team will be announced in May.
