Budva's coach fired

Veselin Krivokapic The board of Montenegrin club Budva m:tel have decided to terminate the contract with their coach Vesko Krivokapic after poor results. Budva failed to qualify for the Final Four tournament of the Adriatic League, have little chances to advance to the Final Four of the Euro League, and was defeated by Jadran Herceg Novi in the second round of the Montenegrin Super Liga this weekend which means the Montenegrin championship is out of sight. Slobodan Mačić, coach of several youth teams at Budva for almost four years, will be the new head coach. Budva is third in group A in the Euro League quarter finals but trails four points to number two, Croatian Jug CO, with only two games to play.
