Without the Varga brothers Vasas can't make it??

It’s not a common thing that two big games being held on the same day, but because of the tough schedule it was the most… First Honved vs. Vasas, and in the evening, Eger vs. Szeged… A pleasant Sunday programme, but not for all the participants. It all started as “normal” game…  Except that Varga brothers (Daniel and Denes) didn’t play.
1. quarter: practically Honved scoring 5 easily (Gergely Kiss 3, Attila Vari, Rajmund Fodor). While Vasas missed a man-up (Robert Kovacs) and half-pool drop by Barnabas Steinmetz (that was easy fishing for Istvan Gergely).
2. quarter: After 9 minutes, Vasas scores 1 by Balint Takacs left alone in center. That shot was answered by Ferenc Vindisch from the left-wing. Vasas gets penalty, and David Heinrich hits the goal-post hard. While Vasas simply couldn’t manage a clear attack, Marton Szivos scores from far. To motivate Vasas, they get a penalty again, and Gergo Katonas scores. Gergely Kiss swings and the ball – changing direction on Vasas’ blocking hand – and ends its fly in the net. The final hit of the quarter was given by Rajmund Fodor, filling the empty left side of the with the ball.
3. quarter: The quarter starts with a fast-break shot executed by Oliver Kovacs. David Heinrich makes a face-lift from the right-wing (final Vasas score of the game!!!). In man-up, a nice Miklos Gor-Nagy’s drawn.
4. quarter: Right after a Vasas exclusion, Oliver Kovacs hits the short immediately. Another man-up for Honved, and a drawn by Viktor Pajan. Penalty for Honved and Gergely Kiss scores. Honved fast-break (3 vs. 2) and Viktor Pajan gives the final thrust to Vasas.

Overall: Denes Kemeny watched a game from top corridor, where a de-motivated Vasas running after the game and unable to do anything with Honved. Viktor Nagy discussed his failures with the goalpost, Zoltan Matyas and Robert Kovacs who could be considered is confident scorer, practically didn’t do anything. The top-center Adam Steinmetz was nowhere above water. On the other hand Honved did whatever they wanted. Although they had mistakes, and over-played attacks, they were confident, in top condition. It was a visual experience seeing Istvan Gergely doing an excellent work. The game was also a wake-up call for Rajmund Fodor, who was re-invited by Denes Kemeny into the national team (as the two Vargas are injured and unpredictable in the joining the team in the one-week get together, but the left-wing should be filled in).

Honved-Vasas 15-3 (5-0, 4-2, 2-1, 4-0)
