Returns
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date - (the order shipment date is date of the Tax invoice included with the shipment). The returned item(s) must be received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, tickets etc where applicable. We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Loss or Damage in Transit
All products purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Every care is taken in packing, but we are unable to accept responsibility for breakages during transit and claims for these should be made with the carrier.
Acceptance
The lodgement of an order shall be deemed to be acceptance of these terms.
